Lydia’s Salad Dressing

Source: Applehood & Motherpie cook book, modified

I'm not sure why we call this recipe “Lydia’s Dressing,” other than the fact that Lydia usually makes it. My mom found the recipe and made some modifications. We change the seasoning ingredients depending on what kind of salad we are making. Enjoy!
  • ½ C. yogurt
  • ¼ C. oil
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1/8 t. garlic powder
  • 1/8 t. onion powder
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 5 dashes of Mrs. Dash seasonings
  • 1 t. chives

Mix well and serve on fresh salad greens.
