Cheese Sauce

Source: Betty Crocker Cookbook
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. flour
  • ¼ t. salt
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • ¼ t. mustard
  • 1 C. milk
  • ½ C. cheese

Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, salt, pepper, and mustard until bubbly. Keep an eye on it. Slowly add milk and then cheese, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve with noodles.
