- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. flour
- ¼ t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- ¼ t. mustard
- 1 C. milk
- ½ C. cheese
Melt butter in a saucepan and add flour, salt, pepper, and mustard until bubbly. Keep an eye on it. Slowly add milk and then cheese, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve with noodles.
