Peanut Butter Cookies

The perfect balance between sweet and salty!
  • 3 C. flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 C. butter, unsalted
  • 1 C. peanut butter
  • ½ C. honey
  • 1 t. vanilla flavoring
  • 1/4 C. chopped peanuts
Instructions: Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. Combine and add 1/4 cup peanuts to dough. Roll into little balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with fork (cross-wise). Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

Yield: 3 dozen medium-sized cookies
