Carob Fudge Cake

  • 1-½ C. flour
  • ¼ C. carob powder
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1/3 C. oil
  • 1/3 C. honey
  • 2/3 C. warm water
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • ¼ C. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/3 C. chocolate chips
Instructions: Mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Combine, adding chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
