Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

My husband raved about this dish; it's pretty easy and tastes delicious!

Stir-fry:
1 large chicken breast, cubed
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen broccoli, cut into florets.

Boil:
Half of a 1 pound package Rotini pasta
pinch of salt

In a separate pan thicken:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 T. flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Mix meat, broccoli, noodles, and sauce in a large pan and warm on stovetop until dish is hot.
Makes 4 servings.

This afternoon Mom asked me for dinner suggestions -- something with chicken. This dish came to mind so I showed it to her and she decided to make it. We all LOVED it! Thanks for the fantastic recipe, Hannah! It will be going up on my blog in a few days.
