Tuna Salad

1 bag bow noodles (8 ounces), cooked
1 can tuna, un-drained
1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. yogurt
½ C. celery
½ t. chives
¼ t. salt
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. onion powder
dash white pepper
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Serve chilled.
