- 1 C. yellow cornmeal
- 1 C. flour
- 2 T. sugar (optional)
- 1 T. baking powder
- ½ t. salt
- 1 C. milk
- ¼ c. oil
- 1 egg
Mix cornmeal, flour, and baking powder. Mix all wet ingredients. Stir together and pour into greased pan. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
