Whole Wheat Pancakes

  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 C. milk
  • 3 T. oil
  • 1-½ C. whole wheat flour
  • 2-¼ t. baking powder

Instructions: Beat eggs whites until standing in peaks. Set aside. Combine yolks, milk, and oil in mixing bowl and blend. Combine dry ingredients and sift into liquid. Fold egg whites gently into batter.
