Country Corn Bread

  • 1 C. plain yogurt
  • ¼ C. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 C. yellow cornmeal
  • ½ t. baking soda
  • ¼ t. salt


Instructions: Beat yogurt, oil, and eggs. Combine dry ingredients. Mix together. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
